We provide Local Moving, Long-Distance Moving, Commercial Moving, Residential Moving, and Storage services. Service availability will be confirmed during the booking process.
2. Pricing and Payment
- Quotes provided include the full cost of the service.
- Payment is required as agreed upon in the service contract.
- Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other approved options.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service date may incur fees.
- Refunds will be processed according to the terms outlined in your agreement.
4. Liability
We strive to handle your belongings with care but are not liable for:
- Damages resulting from natural disasters or unforeseeable events.
- Damages to items packed improperly by the customer.
Claims must be filed within 7 days of service completion.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate details about your moving needs.
- Ensure accessibility to the moving site (e.g., parking, permits).
6. Confidentiality
Your personal information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to complete your requested services.
7. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of Florida.
